20th March 2019Toyota introduced the all-new 2020 Toyota Corolla sedan, and we were impressed by its premium interior and striking design. Now, it’s the 2020 Toyota Corolla Sedan’s turn for a makeover.
With over 45 million sold globally since 1966, the Toyota Corolla nameplate is one that is easily recognized around the world. With such a long history, the all-new 12th generation 2020 version takes all that we liked from the Corolla hatch and wraps it in a more traditional sedan shape. The 2020 model goes on sale in March of 2019 and expects more details to surface at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show later this month.
a new version of the sedan is a very important addition to the lineup. Thankfully, for 2020, the CorollaSedan rides on the same TNGA architecture as the Camry, Avalon, Rav4, and Corolla hatch which means driving dynamics has greatly improved, a new 2.0L direct injection engine with 169 HP is available, and manual buyers can rejoice because a rev-matching 6-speed stick is available on SE trims for 2020. This generation also introduces a new hybrid trim with 121 combined horses and up to 53 MPG in the city.
